How to STOP getting Newsletter and Notifications

Hi,

   Please anyone could help me to stop getting Newsletters and Notifications. I am getting thousands of mail per day from also that modules which are not following by me like BI, BW, SAP mobile etc. Please help me that how can I stop them.

Go to the space like BW where you don't wish to receive notification and click on stop tracking which appears near the right of the page

  I have not selected "following"  or "track". Still I am getting in my inbox.

Go to your profile, Bio tab--> edit preferences. see and make them off.
