Even though i have done proper profile settings, still i am receiving so many email to my registered email id day to day.
Please somebody help me out on this.
Really got irritated about this.

Hi ,
You can contact sapnetwork@sap.com.
If possible You can change your email at SCN profile. So all notifications will goes the email id which you changed/used.

About deletion you can contact above given email id,
SCN team will do as you requested.
Other than deletion, form your mail please find the forum/spacename and unfollow that forum.
for example: you may following ERP financial forum.
If you unfollow that forum, you may won't receive notifications from same forum again.
