We have a long running ticket regarding inconsistence from contact person and adress of customer. There are my notes to this topic but we did not found our problem of data inconsistency. That means the quality of the code is not the best.
The support did not answer the questions and make many questions twice too. That means we are in a questions loop.
How to solve the problem that is running 6 six months without any solution ? Now we are trying to initiate a remote session.....
Request clarification before answering.

You can setup a call with support person or manager on duty

Supporter from other countries go to make questions loops if they do not know how to help or solve the problem. I am waiting tomorrow after that I wanted to change the supporter.
