I am following more than 10 spaces in the community. is there any way to filter more than one tag. at the moment i can filter only one tag and see the questions which are tagged under that particular tag.

As far as I know, selecting multiple tags for questions is not possible in the Q&A section. One can select a single tag to review and then select the next one. But not multiple tags in a single pass.
oliver or craig.cmehil might be able to provide more information, possibly on when this might be available.

There is your Activities (https://activities.sap.com/#/activities) feed, but there is no selectivity outside of, again, choosing one specific tag. However, you could adjust your followed tags list for just those that you wish updates for at that time, refresh, then go back and modify your tag list. Bit of a PITA, but it will do what you wish.
I have written about this requirement 1.5 years ago: https://blogs.sap.com/2017/05/19/answering-community-questions-list-of-issues/
Still no changes.
