Hi Shiv,
You are welcome to reward good reponses that contribute to the information on the SDN and will benefit all the members here. If someone emails you a document, it does not contribute on the forums, so does not need to be assigned points. Moreover I just saw one of your threads where you have assigned points to someone else asking for that document.
I would suggest that you remove the points that you have may be by mistake assigned to allabaqsh patil and Krishna M.
Post back if you need more info about this.

Thanks Naveen and Bhanu for giving such helpful advice to a newbie. I had thought to move this post to the coffee corner but realized that there may be other newbies here in the BPX area that might benefit from such conversation around the points system and modeling good community behavior.
Your answers by the way, to Shiv are models of civility and helpfulness. Shiv, please take care as many of our participants have zero tolerance for users who "game" the system of point rewards. If you want to feel welcome and participate fully, it is important to abide by the "rules of engagement". You will find links to them at the top of every forum. As a first step, you may think to award points to anyone who has helped answer your questions here in the public space. Welcome and good luck!
