How to make document?

I am just wondering how to make this one?

Is there a FORMAT in making documents here in SCN or what? For example, like this DOC..

These documents are automatically generated for content in the SCN library (www.sdn.sap.com).

Only content by SAP employees is added to the library. This does not include SAP consultants.

You might come across non-SAP employee authored content in library but this is all from over two years ago before the launching of scn.sap.com. Since then, all members can author their content online using the rich text editor provided.

So the document I posted above with SAP logo something and table of contents was already phased out..So we can only make DOCUMENTS without those things? Am I right?

Hi,

I think its possible for who are certifed sap consultant only. think so.

by using scn we can't do like that. normal steps to post doc/blog  are well known to you.

For instance, I am a certified SAP BI consultant, how will I do it?

I'm just curious..Just wanted to post similar docs..One of my bucket lists..:D
