How to insert GIF images in Blogs

I am able to insert GIF images in to blogs... but its not playing .. only static..

I can insert animated GIFs.  Please respect the 1 MB file size cap and use the insert image function rather than drag and drop.

I think inserted pic may not be movable/playing.

if you check profile (India flag), you will understand how pic(gif) is playing.
