How to give rating with comments

Sorry if this question might have been discussed earlier but I am really not able to find the way to rate blog/document with comments.

While rating you get one option write a review.

There you can write comment, that will shows comment with rating.

You can't rate a comment. The rating shown on the comment is the rating given to the blog by that member, as per screen shot Dennis given a 4 star rating to the blog he commented.

Then post your comment.
