How to get maintenance certificates

Hi All,

Facing error while trying to execute SPAM/SAINT. The transactions are opening in display mode as a popup is coming up

showing missing maintenance certificate error. How to obtain the maintenance certificates. Attached is a file of the error.

Could help in solving the issue.

Go to SAP Service marketplace

http://service.sap.com/

Data Administration --> System data

Under Maintain System and Installation Data , enter the SID .

In the window that opens , select the tab License Key and Maintenance Certificates

Then click on renew maintenance certificate .

You will then get the maintenance certificate in your mail ID.

Apply it just using SLICENSE just as you install license.
