How to get a white paper published ?

I think only SAP employees can publish these. You can create a blog to share your knowledge as an alternative. See https://www.sap.com/community/about/blogs.html

As of now I'm not able to create a blog post even as I haven't attained the blogger level yet.

What I keenly want to know is, how can I publish a tool that I've created for SAP BI Folks.

Any pointers in that direction will really be helpful 🙂
