My retail customer is in the middle of implementing GK software, cashier system.
We have the instance name and instance number.
The system does neither appear in SAP for Me nor ONE support launchpad for them. But they urgently need to be able to open incidents on component XX-PART-GKS-OCP.
Can you advise what I have to do or whom I can contact to get the system connected?
