Request clarification before answering.
I moved it to SCN Support but you should also email SCN if you want to get a firm answer. The moderators (I'm just one of many) can't view any history data so I can't see what was rejected and by whom or when.
Since SCN has been around, there have been hundreds of blogs and documents that should have just been posted to the Wiki. I rejected a document just last week because it was a list of 10 tcodes... no explanation, no discussion, just 10 tcodes. That stuff has no value unless it's added to the Wiki.

You should see a moderator notification for the content here: http://scn.sap.com/actions/notifications
From what I can see, it's likely a case that the queries weren't specific enough nor demonstrate enough effort to get the answer from resources such as ABAP courses. Remember: you will not get help here that can be gained from being on a course or readiing a book or is readily available from help.sap.com
Otherwise, make sure you respect the community guidelines explained in

Preeti,
I should not be so much worried, why moderator rejected my document, that OK, They know their best job. I should call it a day, and move on to next answering question or blog session, and help surfing and reply more.
Best of Luck,
Nishan

You will get notification and available in Actions ( right - top end of scn page ).
You need to post the concern on SCN support space.

Hi Preeti,
Please post the query under correct space in SCN. If your document got rejected then you have to raise the query in SCN Support space as it is not related to SAP ERP Financials space.
Dont worry for rejection. But try to get the route cause for that. May be unknowingly if you violate any rules of SCN then your content will get rejected as per the rules.
You will get the message from moderator with reason if your content got rejected. So please check once did you get any message like that.
Please check the rules of engagement once and act accordingly.
Please check the below doc for creation of a new document in sap.
I hope it helps that your content get published in SCN in next time@

These type of discussion should be discussed in SCN support.

Hi Preeti-
What kind of rejection, you mean you posted answer to SCN and moderator rejected those?
Thanks,
Nishan
