how to delete my posts and account

Hi, this is more of a privacy question related to SDN forums:

Looks like whatever i post under my name shows up in google results. For example, if i google raju baju sap, it shows all posts made by me in SDN forum. How can i avoid it ? How can i restrict this or change my user id or even delete my account permanently ?
