How to deactivate and activate different roles at once?

As usual, my SAP system has different types of roles. Some of those are should deactivate or locked one time per month only for one day. Because of this, I deactivate and activate each and every one manually. So that, how to deactivate and activate those roles just once?
Note: the deactivate and activated roles are the same from month to month.

You mixed several different tags, not sure what you are talking about. Is it about UME Roles or Portal Roles or IDM Roles? (not Roles in ABAP/Basis)

Hi Hayder.

In the SAP roles, there is no option like activate/deactivate at roles level, you may have to either remove and then add those roles or put the validation date during one particular day.
