Hello Community,
I recently had posted a question regarding SAP BPC and it seems that no one could answer it. The link to that thread is http://scn.sap.com/message/13719114
I was going to create a support ticket and see if an SAP employee could give technical advice and reasoning why my issue is happening. I am having difficulty finding a way to create a ticket for SAP Support and was wondering if someone here in the community could give me a directional guide on how to do this.
Thank you for your time,
Ryan Lambert

Hi Ryan,
To create a support ticket, you need to log in to the SAP Support Portal with your S-user ID and password here: http://service.sap.com/message
You will need to have authorizations assigned to you to be able to log a message. If you don't have the authorizations, your super administrator can provide them for you. You can find a list of your companies super administrators under My Profile at the top of the page in the support portal.
I have also added a video link for you that explains how to log a message: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRn2IFa4oAc&feature=share&list=UUGq-887nWHJ23h_dJi19FEw
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Kristen
