How to contact SAP for help on a ticket

Hi,

I need help on a ticket that I've opened but don't know how to contact SAP.  I need them to be sure it's been assigned to an engineer as he hasn't responded since the middle of last week on my issue.

You can call our CIC team (Customer Interaction Center) as described at the SAP note 560499.
