It's not possible to change that on your own. Please contact your super admins in your company. If this isn't working, please submit an email to sapnetwork@sap.com.

Depending on your SAP Portal version, the menu options and layout may vary. Look for the user management section or a similar menu item.

Hi Upendra,

I believe this question is rather for Community, not for Support, so I adjust the tags, and try to answer your question.

Go to your #personal_info page and simply click "Edit" (top right corner).

Then you will see that there are certain fields that cannot be changed (grayed out) but the First name and Last name should be possible to edit.

Once you changed, press "Save" (same location where the Edit button was).

The filed "First Name" and "Last Name" is disabled for me.

I am unable to change the names.
