How to change the email address on my profile

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to change the email address on my profile from my sap-id to my personal email-id.

Hi Praveen,

if you aren't able to change it from edit profile you should ask to sapnetwork@sap.com.

Hi,

Its Possible to change Email Address.
Follow this Instructions

Click on your profile and on right side below your profile picture you will see option Change Email address, click on it and update your email address

Enter the relevant details.

You will get notification on your new email id that your Email Id has been successfully changed

Log in with new Id

Hi Praveen,

It appears it is possible to change the email address on your own. Click on your name at the top of the screen and it should open your profile with the "Bio" tab selected. To the right of this screen should be your profile picture. Under that, you should have one option that says "Change email address". (It is the 6th option in my profile.)

I have successfully done it and I just wanted to share it.

Hi Vivek,

Thanks for your reply. But this profile had been created by SAP user-id. So that this is the sap private property, you can not change this to your personal email-id.

That's correct: you cannot change the main e-mail address for SAP employee, partner and customer accounts.  There is a field for an Email (alternative) that you can use for your other e-mail address,

Hi

As per my knowledge you can't change mail id from sap one to personal one because for SAP employees profile are sync from their email id.

If you want to change email id you need to create new account, i also faced the same situation few months back
