How to change email address for S-user

I want to change my email address. I am unable to do that using 'Change email address' in profile settings.

where did you try it, if it is a S-user Id then you have to do it from here:https://support.sap.com/users-authorizations.html

or from the new launchpad: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/user/management

You need to have the authorization to do it

I have updated email address at the link you mentioned but it is still not updated in scn profile.

If the problem persists contact offline support via eMail (link on footer).
