How to cancel email function

Dear,

I have received hundreds of emails from SCN every day, which already influenced I read my emails related to my work.

According to the text  from SCN, I have closed all function listed in  Preference, but it seems to be not effective.

Could you please tell me how to do cancel the mail receiving function?

Hello,

You might have selected "Receive email notifications" from the actions box belonging to the space, content or person you're receiving eMail notifications for.  On the notification, click the link to see the content online and then check the actions box belonging to the content, space and author of it.

Thanks for your reply!

In fact, I have already closed all items related to email notifications listed in the Preference page.

But hundreds of emials from SCN are thrown in my mailbox.

Now I re-configured the settings and am beening waited for the effective result.
