I'm posting this question as a follow up to your comment at How do I cancel my Pay-As-You-Go subscription for BTP. I hope you can share your findings in public to help others with the need to cancel a contract via SAP for Me. I still hope that the UX issues can be also fixed so that this help isn't needed anymore.

thank you for your comment. I have the same problem and need to cancel my BTP Pay as you go contract.
I followed you instructions but I don't find a button "cancel Contract" under contract page. There is only "Get Assistance" button.
When I try to contact SAP for me team via Get Assistance I get the following error message:
Is there any other way to cancel my contract?
