How to cancel a contract via SAP for Me

Hello beatrice.pasch,

I'm posting this question as a follow up to your comment at How do I cancel my Pay-As-You-Go subscription for BTP. I hope you can share your findings in public to help others with the need to cancel a contract via SAP for Me. I still hope that the UX issues can be also fixed so that this help isn't needed anymore.

Hi gregorw,

Here you can cancel your SAP BTP Pay-as-you-go contract: https://me.sap.com/

1. Logon with the user you used for the SAP Store ordering process and go to "Finance & Legal" - tab Cloud. Here you will find your order under the contracts. Go to the details of your order.
   
2. In this view you will find a "Cancel Contract" button or you can contact the SAP for me team if you have questions via the "Get Assistance" button. Click on the "Cancel Contract" button.
   

   

3. Now select why you want to cancel the contract and if your data should be deleted or not.
   Click on "Cancel Contract"
   
4. You can see that your contract has a termination date after the successful cancelation step.

thank you for your comment. I have the same problem and need to cancel my BTP Pay as you go contract.

I followed you instructions but I don't find a button "cancel Contract" under contract page. There is only "Get Assistance" button.

When I try to contact SAP for me team via Get Assistance I get the following error message:

Is there any other way to cancel my contract?
