how to be business analyst/functional consultant...

hello guys,

I posted in wrong forum before....apologies....

I am 27 yrs old..completed engineering....didnt work for some years after university becos of health problems...now got SAP training(paid by me) and luckily got job in consulting company in europe and on bench from 4 months...(didnt work with any SAP project yet....had just some work experience in odd jobs not related to IT sector)

I started to realise, in future I would like to work more near business or organisation..like business analyst or functional consultant(as i heard and read some where).....how can I reach there from where I am today......?...

I donot have enough experience,so I am looking for suggestions from experienced guys like you...
