Hello...
Everyone hate monday.. and most of us feel sick on monday...
please give some tips experts "How we can avoid this monday sickness"

Request clarification before answering.
You can also follow the migration plan to Sundays by getting married and tradition is to spend them at mother-in-law's place.
There is also ASAP methodology for this which can be implemented in 9 months
Or change jobs if it is that bad to face Mondays.

One GOOD trick is to go to bed earlier on Sundays
I don´t have that problem, I have to wake up every morning at 3:45 AM to leave my home at 4:30 AM so I could be able to be at the office at 8:00 AM (Yes, Traffic Jams here are for the X-games), this is because I live at 70 kms from the Office. So when I get to the office I am really angry so I feel sooo happy for arriving to the Office that I don´t feel bad at all.

try this,
wake up an hour early and run a VERY hot bath
soak in the hot water for 1/2 hour (should get a good sweat going) right after you wake up
take the other 1/2 hour to cool down / read a paper or something
works for me

On a lighter note -
you can call sick on every monday till you get terminated
Binge drink on sunday night, so that you cant think of monday sickness other than your hangover
Play hide and seek with your boss
call somebody who is really mad at you and have a earful
start a conversation with your team about the worst restaurant in the town
or
start a rumor about the layoff's in the office
