How to ask questions about SCN? (No tag for "About SCN")

What tag corresponds to the former "About SCN" space? If we have a general question about SCN functionality (not a bug or idea) then what tag do we use to post it? I went through the posts in "About community" but they only explain how to report bugs and submit feedback on Idea Place.

Question I wanted to ask - what does it mean when we see no answer option and "comments locked" on a question? Does it mean that it's locked? If so then it should be more clear. And these questions should not be included in "unanswered questions" filter. When people use "unanswered" filter they are looking for the questions they can answer and clearly this one cannot be answered. (Actually it should've been removed by the moderators as it's RTFM.)

You're raising an interesting point. The fact is that he did receive an answer but it wasn't marked as correct. So maybe we should set the filter to unanswered and 0 replies (just thought, not sure how I feel about it yet).

I think "Using SAP.com" is pretty much it, Jelena. It's not only for bug reports, but for general questions about the platform as well, as far as I know.
