Rose while SPAO's description is creative (& daunting) the real answer is nothing needs to be done. Its an automatic process. Once you reach 250 points within a few weeks you will be contacted regarding shipping information. Please make sure your address is updated in your profile.

You have to fill out form DF2345-Y. 4 copies. Sign it and have your people manager and your CTO sign each copy as well. Together with a copy of your passport and your high school diplomas you send it to SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany.
At latest 3 weeks later a board of superiors will check your application and inform you if you're eligible for the award. Since the awrd is some kind of clothing, you will then be asked to send the usual full body fotographs, some stats and more. But we'll keep that for later....

Hi SPAO,
Please check your manual, we know it is big, page 420 clearly states, that there is a wiki page that you have to upload a thump print picture, we are working on the ability to upload a DNA sample, the thump print will do for now. We just want to make sure that you are who you say you are.

Total and pure coincidence. I first thought it was on page 42, but then I checked and that was only the index pointing to 420. And no I have not spent too much time in California lately.
But BOSS is right I am not in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley or Basel II. Will fill out some forms and get consultants in to iron things out.
Till then, Mark.
