How to allow others to post a blog

Hi , I created my own blog http://scn.sap.com/blogs/EPPM and I would like to allow other people to create a post in this blog. When creating a post the system wouldn't allow my colleague to creat it in this blog, as it seems that they don't have right authorizations to do that. How to fix this ?

Unfortunately this is not possible: this is your own personal blog and only you can publish posts in it.

It's just a matter of waiting for it to be released.  Actually, try it now.
