How to access SAP notes

Hi Team,

I just want to know how could I access to SAP note for getting solution of any issue.

I have an S User ID will it work to check notes.

Please advice.

Display notes and KBA wont require any special authorization, only a s-user.

And if some one have P user id then how could he access to notes

As written in the above mentionned note, it's not possible.

'If you are successfully logged in, but are not able to view KBAs or SAP Notes, make sure you're logged on with your S-user ID and not a P-user.'

You have a S-user, so try to read the note.

The S-user will work provided you have necessary authorizations assigned to it.
