How paste screenshots while posting blogs on SAP

I am new to blogging I want to publish my blog with instructions & screenshots but I am not able to insert screenshots after my instructions,Please help me how to do it.

Hi Anjali.

You can select the "Inert Image" as mention in the screen shot
