How long does it take to moderate my content?

Hi,

all but one of my answers in discussions got deleted quite quickly altough I didn't notice that I broke any rules and for that one answer I'm waiting now since ~4 days (2 minus Weekend) to get moderated and climb up the Mission ladder and participate. How long will it take?
