This is about the feature roll at the top, right?
The homepage editors go through new content regularly to find features for the roll. The content should be good (well written/formatted) and relevant to the community. There are also featured content on many space overview pages to consider too!
I suppose you can contact scncontent@sap.com with suggestions or, better yet, contact the space's editor for guidance: they are listed on the people tab of each space.
