How do I find the Business Application changes that are included in a Support Stack?

We are implementing Support Package Stacks for ECC6.0 SAPKH60014-SAPKH60021 including SP Stacks for other components.

How can we see the business application function changes that are in an SP Stack?

How do we determine the business functions that need to be tested by business users?
