how do i activate survey

I paid for my license.

Received an order confirmation

Go to the SAP contect library to activate and I get the message that I have no licenses left????

How is this thing supposed to work

What product did you get a licence for and where did you get it from?  It might be better to check the confirmation e-mail for a support contact.

I am new to this program and I would like to know the answer to Kyla's question. I just purchased the TSC Product Sustainability Toolkit License and the email I receive after purchasing leads me to belive I need to download the tool kits in order for them to show up in my content library.
