How come there's no list of tags on the "Ask a question" web page?

When I go to:

sap.com -> Community -> Questions & Answers

it takes me to the web page titled "All Questions" at:

https://answers.sap.com/index.html

But that page is missing a link to the tags page (which I found by accident) at:

https://answers.sap.com/tags.html

Not knowing what tags are available results in searches with thousands of irrelevant results.

Also, even if you knew your tag, it's not clear how to restrict a search to a tag. Just enter it into the free text search field?

Hi, Ben:

You'll see a box on the right called "Popular Tags." The includes a "View all" link. Clicking that will take you to the tags page.

Ok thanks. Now I know where it is.

But I would still argue that this is semantically inaccurate. Saying "Popular tags -> View all" should take you to all popular tags, which is different from all tags.
