how can i update text in a blog post?

i need to update dates - how can I do this in a posted blog post?

Hi Tara,

If you want edit dates(text) at your blog then it may be possible.

At your blog , right side column, middle area, You may see Action category. under it we may see the option for edit.

Can you check it once again please.

no, it's not the webinar post - it's on in PE interactive area - see aboe - there is no edit option

Seems like above post was in moderation queue. So you won't change as of now.

Once it released from moderation and there is no reply to your thread then you can change text other wise it won't allow you.

Actually above link what it contains? am unauthorized to open your link. some one may alerted moderator.

Even its not a blog or thread.

It is not a blog, it is a discussion. And discussions can only be edited as long nobody added a reply. The moderators and space editors can edit this discussion for you, e.g.

You can find them in the space overview on the left and drop a direct message.

is right.  As an admin, I can edit and have updated the dates on the thread to match the blog post

Your subject of message is saying about "Text" but your body of the message is saying about "dates".

If you are not the blog owner, then you can't change it.

You can press alert moderator to request moderator to change the same.

Only moderator and the blog owner can edit a blog post. (if you can communicate with blog owner, then you can tell him/her also)
