In the old support-portal, when choosing incidents on the top line (search), you could simply enter an incident-number and hit the return-key. After a second the incident-content was shown.
In the new SAP-for-Me portal it seems there is no way to do this. One has to choose the search-conditions, then click on "Go" and then you need to scroll down the list to find the incident you are looking for.
This is very annoying. I hope I'm overlooking this functionality. If it is indeed missing, I would like to have this added.

The option to search for specific case numbers has now been added to the Central Search option in SAP for Me as mentioned in the following:

It was brought to my attention that this is already asked through https://answers.sap.com/questions/13941489/the-problems-with-sap-for-me-portal.html . And SAP answered in that one (last week): "Search with Case ID is being worked on. Well noted and we're trying out best to bring it to production asap"
So I'm looking forward to it

I would like to report the same. It is sometime frustrating not getting the case number directly as we use to get in older portal.

Hi Ocula,
Do you have admin rights in SAP for Me?
