Request clarification before answering.
When you create an SCN account, the information entered into the First Name and Last Name are locked and can only be updated by site admins. Public users (P accounts) might be able to change this in the same place they can change their e-mail address). You can always contact sapnetwork@sap.com for assistance.

Hi,
Go to your profile, Bio tab --> under actions select change password, you will see tabs, click on account tab, there you can modify your first(Jason) and last name(Chai).
