How can I download SAP KBA? Printing KBA results to 401 error

Is it just me, or is download for SAP KBA disabled now?

In the past, I could download SAP KBA as PDF. But, that feature seems to be gone now?

e.g. https://me.sap.com/notes/3134294

If I click the Print button on the site, I get a 401 error.

Hello

I have the same problem and can't download a sap note as pdf file. I always get the 401 error as mentioned above.

I tried to open the printer friendly version with chrome browser, with edge browser an on my mobile phone with safari browser. It's always the same problem.

I'm using the new SAP for Me Portal.

Does anybody know a solution for that issue?

For some reason, the "Printer-Friendly Version" icon works now. I don't get the 401 error anymore.

Do you see a PDF button right now? I can't see it.I just see: (1) Show Changes, (2) Printer-friendly Version, (3) Mark as Favorite, (4) Share by Email, (5) Open in New Window

Not seen PDF button but I can convert into PDF by print option and it's successfully converted to PDF and save.

hmm ... the question was about SNOTES (not about support incident/case) ... so this link to 2442409 does not help in this case 😉
