I need to post a question on the support portal of SAP service and my installation is not listed. Is there a note or a step by step guide to how I can create this installation. This should be a straight forward process, but I cannot seem to find where to start.

I thought you were referring to http://service.sap.com/support
SCN Support is for SAP Community Network support related queries. Try creating a new discussion in a space related to your query so that topic experts who will then see and reply to it. The SCN Site Index contains a full listing of all SCN spaces
