Hello,
New member and first-time question asker.
SAP Hybris acquired Gigya in Q417. Since then, both have rebranded. As part of the SAP Customer Data Cloud (formerly Gigya) content marketing team, I'm investigating how to:
1) Create a new tag in SAP Community for the SAP Customer Data Cloud.
2) Become a moderator for that new tag.
3) Close the old, empty "SAP Hybris solutions from Gigya" tag, or redirect any visitors to the new tag.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

From what I could find, "SAP Customer Data Cloud" has the descriptor "portfolio; solutions." If that's the case, then it wouldn't be pulled into the community metadata schema.
While we do selectively consume metadata terms from SAP's internally managed product taxonomy, we do not pull in terms for solutions. The main reason is because solutions are themselves comprised of products. Also, they tend to change frequently. Anyways, the idea is that community members should be able to get their questions answered and talking covered by SAP products.
If there are any specific products that SAP Customer Data Cloud refers to, let me know.
As for "SAP Hybris solutions from Gigya," the tag isn't being used so I'd be happy to hide it.
