handling a ticket

Hi Gurus,

I just want to know how to handle a ticket. let us say we recived a fi ticket and we have identified the problem.

what is a general process of handling a ticket. at what server we work on first and how the movement will occur and who will do all this

When you see that they want to give you a ticket and ask whether you know what it is for... always say: No!

check your ticket, it has a number, when it fits the number on the LED display at the back of the meat counter, then, it's your turn to order.

Lets see...."We" don't receive tickets... we open them. So that leads me to think you have your own ticket handling system and you don't have a clue how to proceed...
