Had to Create another Account

IIt has been a while since I logged in. I tried to log in with my user name and emale and password and it would not let me. I tried to recover my password but it said there was no account for my emale address. I tried to register for a new account and it said there was an account already with my e address. What a mess, one saying I have an account and one saying I do not. Did not have time to mess with the mess so used another emale address.

PS: I get the message "We are sorry but your message can not be posted since you have used forbidden words/phrases, such as requesting for points, emails etc. Please edit your post according to the forum guidelines and re-post. " for the above message so what the heck??????

Probably your company deleted your S-account on the SMP? Can you logon there?

Anyway, if you have been away for a while then I recommend reading the forum rules (see the welcome thread at the top of each forum page).

That might also explain why you cannot post your new thread.

I am an individual user. My company has no relation with my account here.

The reason I could not post was because I used the word 'emale' so many times in my post. The auto rule checker wrongly thinks I am spamming or something and stopped me from posting. I am not spamming.

Thanks for the insight though!!

Yes, unfortunately the word "emale" is such a massive pest that the occasional legitimate use of it is blocked together with the spam as well.

Can you post a link to an example thread posted by your previous user ID?

Understandable about the blocking issue.

My last post was probably about 2 years ago so I assume too long ago to give past posts. I do wish I could have used my work email to sign up with again tho.
