Grant roles and assign to s-user

I got a s-user (S0020518303) created for SAP Training, but I'm not able to logon to SAP Support as I got not password and e-mail assigned.

The s-user should be assigned to the company I work for, but none of my co-workers have access to see other users.

How and who can grant my s-user roles that makes it possible to logon to SAP Portal, CAL etc?
