Hi,
Today 16th of October 2018 at 09:05, I received an email about an alert to moderator that was rejected.
The post in question was tagged with the SAP Business One tag, though it has nothing to do with SAP Business One, hence the alert.
The post is just a little more than one year old, so my question is, does the system automatically reject unchecked alerts after one year?
Otherwise I would be interested to know why the moderator was of the opinion that the post was related to SAP Business One?
Regards,
Johan

Hi Johan,
sorry for the inconvenience. We have done some changes in the moderation system which has led to this (old) notification not being consistent with the (new) moderation options for processing moderation alerts. So on the moderation end of this string we are actually processing the alert and changing the tag as alerted as you noticed, but the message that is being sent is incorrect. This is on our radar to get fixed. Best, Mynyna

Hi Mynyna,
I doubt that this was the "wrong string" bug. The question was over a year old, and the tag was not removed.
The tag was changed to ABAP Development by Iris (?) after I sent a message to moderators@sap.com. She did so considerably later than the 'Rejected' message.
Regards,
Johan

I mean that the message itself is configured incorrectly.
"the incorrect tag was not removed" - may be moderator was unable to find the correct tag 🙂
