Getting Issue while Searching Notifications of My Treads

Hi,

I want to see my notifications or posts. When i tried clicking on Notifications,I was getting the below message, followed by not able to proceed further.

Even I'm not sure where to post this kind off issues. Really getting trouble after up gradation of SCN. As I'm in SD module and not able to see the relevant tag posted in SD.

Hello Rakesh,

I changed the tag of your question to "Using SAP.com" and would suggest, that you please read through the information available under "Community > About the Community" to get familiar with the new platform.

Under "All about tags" you'll find the infos on how to find the SD tags (for example) and how to follow them and see the content.

Thanks to all! My issue seems to be related to web-browser. When i tried in Google crome, it started working fine. I tied before in Internet explorer and Mozilla it was giving the issue even after double clicking "MORE TEXT" not able to proceeding further.

Hi,

As you are facing issue regarding use of SCN or any SAP Product, so the relevant Primary Tag would be Using SAP.com. The matter that you are reporting is not a bug or issue. Actually you need to click the Below Blue button MORE TEXT to see those notifications. It will open/expand the notification zone for you. We can also clearly see from the above picture of yours that you have 2 unread notifications which is why its reflecting as 2 in the yellow circle in the top right corner beside your avatar. The questions that you posted, I can see that you have posted 2 approved questions till now which is shown in the below. So, its very simple to use the new SCN in those matters. You can find the questions in your profile homepage only under the left pane Contents -> Questions. Also i can see that 1 of you questions got 9 answers as shown below.

Also after reading those notifications, you need to manually mark them as Read, if you do not wish to read the same notification again.
