Perfectly natural for natural people to do. A bit like 9 to 5'ers who work in torture chambers, they also just do their jobs.
For juristic persons (companies) it is unprofessional and childish, and then to still get caught so easily and stick around for photos....
There have been a few similar threads here already about Oracle / SAP "problems" amongst the marketing folks. SAP has been professional enough not to respond at all at SDN (let alone with such an action).... so I thought I would point that out.
