Gateway error with JCo - max no 100 conversations exceeded

Hi Experts,

We actually encounter the following error with UWL tool in SAP Portal (JAVA stack) when lot of users want to get their tasks from ECC system :

JCO$Exception (102) : RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION - Connect to SAP Gateway failed Connect_PM TYPE=... MSHOST=... GROUP=... R3NAME=... MSSERV=... LOCATION CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode ERROR max no 100 conversations exceeded TIME=...

We have already applied Note 314530 on ECC system (Windows) via "My Computer" > Proprieties" etc. and rebooted. So this not solved the issue

Do we have to apply the CPIC_MAX_CONV environment variable on the NW Portal system rather than ECC system? Is there anything else to do regarding this issue?
