Freezing Likes and Ratings

A simple query:

Is there any policy existing on the subject matter?

I mean to say, for how much period a member will be free to change his Ratings/Likings on an SCN post.

In short, no: there is no time limit on an SCN member un-liking or changing the rating on something.

In that case, I feel this discussion should be allowed to reach its logical conclusion, by addressing queries like:

1 Why should not we have such system?

2. In case we have, what would be the modalities to implement etc.
