While searching & displaying OSS notes, I click the PDF button to print or download the note. I then get a message "An error occurred when formatting the SAP note.". Has anyone seen this and have suggestions for correcting it? My colleague is able to bring the note up in PDF format just fine, so it's something unique to my PC or Adobe reader.
Request clarification before answering.
I got a reply back from SAP. Please reference note 1131299. I had to save twice, but it is working now.

Me too. I recently updated my reader. But I don't know if this had anything to do with it.

I've seen this last week too - no matter what PC I was using.
If it doesn't work after a while I'd open an OSS call
