Dear Carlos,
There was a very general tag assigned (SAP ERP) to that thread. I have now added 2 more tags, this way hopefully increasing the chance that more experts can see the question.

Also, I agree with Tammy at the same time. On Community there is no escalation process, community members are helping on their own time. Still I hope that the retagging of that thread helps you and your customer and that thread gets answer soon.
