Hi
We are currently using BO XI R2 and after deploying a universe to our production environment we have encountered Error WIS 30270. This universe is working in DEV/TEST environment.
We have tried some test scenarios found out in the forum like server reboot, re-implement the universe but nothing happened.
Hoping that somebody can help me figure it out.

Thanks for the prompt response. I found out in the link that you have provided
"Your administrator can trace the problem that caused the error by activating the tracking and verifying
the trace associated with the API. "
Can you give me us some insight regardin gthe activation of trace associated with API ".
Found over the net .ini and thru CMS however it is not applicable on our end since CMS client tool is not included on the installed BO in our server.
I didn't know how to configure .ini file, our application server resides in unix and web thru windows.
